Watch: 'Men in Black 3' Movie Theater Featurette Has More Footage
Though Will Smith is usually the kind of 4th of July opening weekends, this time that slot belongs to The Amazing Spider-Man. But Columbia Pictures has another top holiday spot for Men in Black 3 on Memorial Day weekend as the film opens on May 25th in just a couple of weeks. We've already had a couple of trailers showing us the crowded time travel storyline, but now a new featurette dives into the mix of Agent J with a young Agent K, brought to life amazingly by Josh Brolin, doing a fantastic impression of Tommy Lee Jones. You may have seen this in movie theaters (I know I have), but we have it below! ›››

New Trailer for Disney's Whimsical 'The Odd Life of Timothy Green'
"There's something you need to know about me. I came from the garden." Honestly, as strange and peculiar as the first trailer for The Odd Life of Timothy Green seemed, there's a certain kind of magic to a live-action Disney movie like this. Jennifer Garner and Joel Edgerton star in the film, along with C.J. Adams as Timothy Green, a kid that comes from a box buried in their backyard after their inability to have a child on their own leaves with only the dreams of what their offspring might be like. Now we have a new trailer for the film, and while it looks a little sappy, I definitely want to see it later this year. Watch below! ›››

Must Watch: First Full Trailer for Ruben Fleischer's 'Gangster Squad'
We've seen a couple cool photos from Ruben Fleischer's (Zombieland) period drama Gangster Squad that boasts an impressive cast including Ryan Gosling, Sean Penn, Josh Brolin, Emma Stone, Anthony Mackie, Nick Nolte, Bryan Cranston, Michael Pena, Giovanni Ribisi and more. But now the real meat and potatoes have arrived with the first trailer for the film which follows a vigilante police force that fought the gangsters of the 40's and 50's in Los Angeles on their own terms. Sometimes Penn looks a bit like a Dick Tracy villain, but this flick looks amazing and likely a great stride for Fleischer as a director. Watch! ›››

Watch: Whimsical Trailer for Indie 'Crazy Eyes' Starring Lukas Haas
"I will die without Crazy Eyes!" Strand Releasing has debuted the official trailer for indie dramedy Crazy Eyes, starring Lukas Haas and Madeline Zima and Jake Busey. This quirky little dramatic comedy is set mostly in Los Angeles, following a "rich boy" who meets a girl unlike anyone he calls "Crazy Eyes" that he can't have, but of course there's all kinds of tension and drama and things going on. I'm a fan of Lukas Haas, you may recognize him from Brick or Alpha Dog or Death in Love or Inception or Contraband, and I like seeing him in good lead roles where he really fits the role. This looks intriguing, I'm curious to check it out. ›››

Watch: 'The Eagleman Stag' Stop-Motion Award-Winning Short Film
Earlier this year we featured the entire Oscar winning animated short film (The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore) and, despite my love for Pixar and their film La Luna, it was easy to see why it won the Oscar. It's the same case here again, with the short that won the 2011 BAFTA for Best Animated Short, titled The Eagleman Stag about "Peter Eagleman", made by UK animator Mikey Please. The short is beautifully stop-motion animated and made out of this white, foam that adds a very unique aesthetic to the overall story. I always love discovering great work like this and I highly suggest seeing the entire film below. ›››

Watch: Quick, New Bond 23 'Skyfall' Production Design Video Blog
"It's about finding things that are different and exciting for the audience to look at." Time for another short break to explore the Bond universe. 007.com has just posted the latest video blog following James Bond's Skyfall, still being directed by Sam Mendes as we speak. This blog focuses briefly on production designer Dennis Gassner and his work designing the sets, including an "enormous underground station" which looks to be the new MI6 HQ. Judi Dench also chats briefly and there's a few more behind-the-scenes shots, but overall this is just a quick video blog reminding us why this is definitely a film to keep an eye on. Enjoy! ›››

'Neighborhood Watch' Gets a New Title + Hilarious Red Band Trailer
In case you hadn't heard, early advertising for the comedy Neighborhood Watch was pulled from theaters due to the publicity surrounding the headline making case in Florida regarding the shooting of Trayvon Martin. Now in order to separate itself from the neighborhood watch shooting case, the film is simply going by The Watch. Though the title doesn't really matter, because the movie starring Ben Stiller just looks absolutely hilarious after watching this brand new red band trailer that just showed up. Finally, the alien invasion part of the plot is introduced right off the bat. This looks pretty damn funny. Watch it! ›››

This weekend everyone will be talking about The Avengers (read Jeremy's review here) assembling in New York City to take on some sort of alien threat hellbent on taking over the world for the mischievous Loki. But in a couple of weeks on May 16th, The Big Apple will have a new visitor as Admiral General Aladeen (Sacha Baron Cohen), leader of the Republic of Wadiya heads there in The Dictator. But leading up to the visit, Aladeen is making some important press rounds, including a chat with TV and journalism legend Larry King. Must Watch: Third Trailer for Marc Webb's 'The Amazing Spider-Man'
"This life is not an easy one..." Sony has officially released the third & likely final trailer for Marc Webb's The Amazing Spider-Man, also showing on Avengers this weekend, along with The Dark Knight Rises third & final trailer. It's honestly best to see this thing in 3D, because it has some amazing shots that will really pop in the third dimension. The trailer follows the second and first teaser for the new Spidey, starring Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen, Denis Leary and Sally Field. Honestly, after this trailer, I don't know how anyone can't be pumped to see this! ›››

First Solid Trailer for Cop Drama 'End of Watch' with Jake Gyllenhaal
"Watch your six." Open Road has debuted the first official trailer via for David Ayer's End of Watch, a new cop drama about two young police officers who get into deeper shit with drug cartels than they can handle. Jake Gyllenhaal and Michael Peña play Officers Taylor and Zavala, respectively. This is the cop indie we've been hearing about from Ayers (Harsh Times, Street Kings) that uses POV and various cameras, and it looks intense and intriguing, but I'm always weary of Ayer. Sometimes his films can be a bit dry, but at least there seems to be some story. Cast includes Anna Kendrick, America Ferrera and Frank Grillo. ›››

Watch: Second Official Trailer for 'Expendables 2' Explodes Online!
Time to reload! Lionsgate has just debuted the second official via IGN trailer for The Expendables 2, with some kick ass action packed within, including tanks and guns and and explosions galore. This sequel brings together an even crazier of a cast of action stars, including: Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Chuck Norris, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Liam Hemsworth, Jean Claude Van Damme, Bruce Willis and of course the one-and-only Arnold Schwarzenegger. This looks like a whole lot of fun, and an improvement over the first, I just hope it's actually pretty damn good. Check it out! ›››

Video Blog: Marvel's 'The Avengers' Initial Reactions with SlashFilm
After releasing in international theaters last weekend, Disney and Marvel Studios are finally opening Joss Whedon's The Avengers in theaters in the US this week. The movie actually screened about three weeks ago at its world premiere in Los Angeles, where a large number of movie bloggers/press first saw the movie inside the world famous Grauman's Chinese. Following the screening, immediately after, I met up with a few friends like Peter Sciretta and Germain Lussier, both of SlashFilm, to discuss our initial reactions and thoughts on the kick ass superhero movie we just saw. I'm prefacing this with the reminder that we recorded three weeks ago after our first screening of it, though I'm excited to see it a few more times as soon as I can. ›››

Watch: Raunchy Red Band Trailer for Dark Danish Comedy 'Klown'
Our friends at Drafthouse Films have been getting plenty of attention lately with their terrorist comedy Four Lions (available to watch on Netflix Instant) and the Oscar-nominated drama Bullhead, and they're keeping great films from across the country coming to the U.S. with their latest push of Klown, a dark danish comedy that follows two wildly inappropriate friends, played by celebrated international comedians Frank Hvam and Casper Christensen, as they run amok through the Danish countryside plowing through endless awkward confrontations and unspeakable debaucheries. Now we have the red band trailer below! ›››

Watch: Filmmaker Featurette on 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter'
Up until now, the trailers for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter haven't impressed me. We'll toss it up to a difference in taste and perceptions of the story itself, but so far I've yet to see anything from the film that doesn't make the concept look completely ridiculous whereas many people who have read the book adamantly say it's supposed to be taken seriously. Somehow there are people who think it looks silly, and love that, while others actually believe the dark, dramatic tone. Either way, a new feauturette with Tim Burton, Timur Bekmambetov and Seth Grahame-Smith is the first time I've been intrigued. Watch! ›››

First Official Trailer for Sundance Smash 'Beasts of the Southern Wild'
"A storm's coming!" Fox Searchlight has unveiled the first official trailer via Apple for Benh Zeitlin's award winning, highly praised, beloved indie smash from Sundance this year, Beasts of the Southern Wild. This is the film that I, and pretty much everyone else, fell in love with and it went on to win the Grand Jury Prize. The adorable little Quvenzhané Wallis plays Hushpuppy, and Dwight Henry her father Wink, but there are no other names, though that doesn't matter. This is a film made with passion, telling an incredible story, with amazing characters, in a vivid world, and it's still one of the best films I've seen this year so far. ›››

Terry Crews Teases for 'The Expendables 2' Trailer Coming Tomorrow
First, let's be clear that we're not all that fond of the new trend of having teaser trailers for trailers themselves. There's already enough hype without having to have super short clips to create more excitement for a slightly longer clip. That being said, we know there are lots of readers dying for every bit of footage they can find from their most anticipated films, especially when that film has only shown one short teaser trailer like The Expendables 2. That's why we've decided to let Terry Crews yell at you to let everyone know that the full trailer for the action ensemble sequel will arrive online sometime tomorrow. Get a taste! ›››

We've already seen a featurette for Dark Shadows focusing on the history of vampires on the big screen, and a sneak peek at veteran Dracula actor Christopher Lee's role in the film along with a few cameos from stars of the original series on which Tim Burton's film is based. Now the horror comedy has yet another featurette as the May 11th release date looms closer and this one focuses on the bloodline of Barnabas Collins (Johnny Depp) with a glance at everyone in the Collins clan from Michelle Pfeiffer to Chloe Moretz and non-family members like Helena Bonham Carter's character. Watch the featurette below! ›››
